How can I pay?
All major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Every price you see is in Australian Dollars. We don't offer cash on delivery.
Is payment secure?
Yes — every transaction runs through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch in 1–4 business days, and delivery across Australia typically takes 7–12 business days after that — each piece travels from our studio in India, tracked door to door.
How much is shipping?
Free over A$100; a flat A$15 under that.
Will I pay customs duties?
Orders under A$1,000 generally fall below Australia's import duty threshold — most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay.

Why do pieces sell out and never come back?
Because every design is made once, in one small batch. That's the point — what you own, few others do.
How do I pick my size?
Every product page has a size chart with real garment measurements. Between sizes on an oversized fit? Stay true to size.
Returns
What if my item arrives wrong or damaged?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos — we'll refund or replace it. Full details, including your Australian Consumer Law rights, are in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
