Every piece is made in one small run, so our policy is built around fixing genuine problems — fast and without fuss.

What we make right

  • Wrong item delivered — full refund or replacement.
  • Damaged or defective item — full refund or replacement.

Email connect@wearkerb.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. For eligible claims under A$50, we'll often refund you without asking for the item back.

What we can't take back right now

  • Change-of-mind returns.
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered, or arrive back without tags and packaging.
  • The small variations in print and colour that come with limited-run production — they're part of what makes each run its own.

Sizing

Every product page carries a size chart with real garment measurements — check it before you order, because sizing choices outside a genuine defect aren't covered.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that products are of acceptable quality and match their description. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
