This website and the brand "KERB" are owned and operated by PixelPop Digi, a registered entity based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
1. Products & availability
Products are sold in limited runs and are subject to availability — when a run sells out, it is not restocked. Product information is published in good faith; non-substantial errors may occasionally appear. If a delivered product does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under our Returns policies and the consumer law that applies in your country of residence.
2. Pricing & payments
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is accepted by major credit/debit cards and PayPal. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where pricing or product information was inaccurate; in such cases you receive a full refund.
3. Shipping, duties & delivery
Orders ship internationally from India as described in the shipping policy for your country. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Depending on your country's import rules, orders may attract import duties, taxes or carrier fees as set out in the applicable shipping policy.
4. Returns
Returns and remedies are handled per the Returns policy for your country. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable consumer protection law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law — and without excluding any non-excludable consumer guarantees or statutory rights — we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or products purchased through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumers in Australia, the United Kingdom and elsewhere retain all protections of their local consumer law regardless of the governing law of these Terms.
