Every KERB piece is designed once and made in one small batch at our studio in India. Your order ships to you directly from India.
Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days. Tracked delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 7–12 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.

Customs, VAT and import charges
Your order ships from India. Under UK rules, consignments valued at £135 or less sold to UK consumers are subject to UK VAT at the point of sale, while consignments over £135 attract import VAT and any customs duty on entry into the UK, collected before delivery together with any carrier handling fee. Where a charge is not collected at checkout, it is payable by the recipient. These charges are set by UK authorities and carriers, not by us.
