Dispatch & delivery
Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours (business days). Typical delivery after dispatch: metro cities 3–5 business days; rest of India 5–8 business days; remote pincodes up to 10 business days. These are estimates — courier delays can occur during sales and holidays.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated for 72+ hours, write to hello@wearkerb.com and we will chase the courier.
Address changes
Possible only before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible.
Failed deliveries
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. Undelivered orders returned to us are reshipped or refunded, your choice.
