Every piece is designed once, made in one small batch, and never restocked. Because our runs are limited and ship internationally from our studio in India, our policy is built around making things right when something is wrong.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email connect@wearkerb.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right with a replacement (subject to remaining stock in the run) or a full refund to your original payment method. For lower-value items we may issue the refund without asking you to ship anything back.

Change of mind

Because each design is a limited run shipped internationally, we do not currently offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for U.S. orders. Please check the size guide and fabric details on each product page before ordering — and if you're unsure about sizing, email us before you buy and we'll help you choose.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post the credit.
