Because every piece is made in one small batch and never restocked, we keep our policy simple and honest — and nothing in it limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Your right to cancel (change of mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email connect@wearkerb.com within that 14-day window, then return the item to us within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please note: return postage to our studio in India is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service. We will refund the item price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the item back or receiving proof of postage, whichever is earlier, to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our pieces must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email connect@wearkerb.com with your order number and photos. If you reject a faulty item within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery costs; for lower-value items we may refund or replace without asking you to post anything back.

How to start a return

Email connect@wearkerb.com with your order number and, if reporting a fault, clear photos. We respond within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
