We want you to keep what you ordered — but if something isn't right, here's how returns work at KERB.
Return window
You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to start a return
Email hello@wearkerb.com with your order number and reason. We confirm within 24–48 hours and share pickup or self-ship instructions. Where reverse pickup is available at your pincode we arrange it; otherwise you can self-ship and we reimburse reasonable courier costs for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once your return passes quality check, refunds go to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as the replacement size is confirmed in stock.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund in full, including shipping costs.
Non-returnable
Final-sale and free promotional items cannot be returned unless defective.
